Huntsville native, Chip Gulbro, has devoted most of his life to creating, performing, and teaching music. Guitar and violin have always been a part of his musical journey, whether it’s classical,folk rock, Celtic, Bluegrass, Appalachian tunes, or jazz. In 2017 he retired from 32 years of public school teaching music to all ages. He currently fronts a jazz fusion band called Grooveyard, www.chipgulbro.bandcamp.com/ performing his original compositions and maintains a private teaching studio. Chip holds a Master of Music Education degree from the Univ. of Southern Mississippi.

Drew Sarette is a professional violinist and teacher with 10+ years experience working with students of all ages, experience levels, and backgrounds. He holds a master's degree in violin performance and pedagogy from the University of Louisville, and has completed Suzuki teacher training. Besides teaching violin and viola, he performs frequently with the Huntsville Symphony Orchestra, Orchestra Sul Ponticello, and Orchestra Kentucky Bowling Green. He is passionate about showing students how to become their own teacher, and become lifelong musicians!
